Primitive Funky Folk Art Original Painting! I was feeling fishy, so I painted a Funky Squid. Why a Squid you ask, why not I say. A Funky Folk Art Purple Squid!!!! The painting is done on a piece of old reclaimed 1/4" red cedar wood that we planed to reveal the beautiful grain of the wood. When deciding what to paint on this board it was hard not to notice that it has several distinctive knots. I thought, what could I paint wrapping around those knots.... A SQUID!!!! The old wood gives it a great rustic feel. Add funky folk art to your decor while still keeping that rustic primitive feeling. This Purple Squid Original Painting measures 14 1/4" long and 4" tall. I attached a rusty wire hanger to the top of the board, including the hanger it is about 7 1/2" tall. It is sealed, signed, numbered, and dated. I retain all copyrights.
